Good Morning Co-Worker,
The meeting with our client Mr Client has been pushed forward to tomorrow morning at 10 am due to unforeseen circumstances.
Unfortunately I have a commitment I must attend to at 10 so I won't be able to make it to the meeting. I'm afraid you will have to go in my place.
As you know our company has been trying to finalize some business with this client for some time so be receptive to any request the client has. If you have any further doubts please feel free to ask me.
