Dear Mr/Ms Client

I regret to inform you that I will not be able to arrive at your offices before 11 o'clock because of issues with my airplane tickets.

If 11 o'clock does not  suit you feel free to set a different hour that works for you best - I am at your disposal.

A quick response would be highly appreciated so that I can rearrange my agenda.

I apologize again and hope that this isn't too much of an inconvenience to you.
